OverviewThe Maintenance Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager and the Maintenance department in the maintenance and repair programs across the branch facilities by coordinating, scheduling, communicating and documenting maintenance projects and assignments.

Expect that shift and break times are flexible and may be interrupted by business or guest needs. Assists in emergencies as needed.
Must be able to read, speak and write English well, to be able to understand and follow directions, communicate clearly, process and a disseminate communications, schedules and project needsServe as a central dispatch and communication hub for the maintenance team and 3rd party contractorsThis position will be primarily office based, but may require meetings and visits to facilities within the parking systemDocument management contracts, insurance documentation, project proposals etc.
