Maintenance Coordinator

OverviewThe Maintenance Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager and the Maintenance department in the maintenance and repair programs across the branch facilities by coordinating, scheduling, communicating and documenting maintenance projects and assignments.

Expect that shift and break times are flexible and may be interrupted by business or guest needs. Assists in emergencies as needed.

Must be able to read, speak and write English well, to be able to understand and follow directions, communicate clearly, process and a disseminate communications, schedules and project needsServe as a central dispatch and communication hub for the maintenance team and 3rd party contractorsThis position will be primarily office based, but may require meetings and visits to facilities within the parking systemDocument management contracts, insurance documentation, project proposals etc.

General knowledge of maintenance industries and tradesOne to three (1-3) years’ work experience in a dispatch, service center, call center, administrative assistant, project coordinator or similar rolePotential AssignmentsFull CMMS Management / AdminPreventative Maintenance SchedulesVendor coordination and scheduling for projects, work orders and meetingsVerifying Work Completion and Project Close OutsInternal Maintenance Dispatch and CoordinationTask / Project Management and Follow UpInvoice Auditing and ReviewRequirementsAbility to work in an office environmentSit for extended periods.
