Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Director of Revenue Cycle to join our Revenue Cycle Management Department at our home office in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

The role of the Director of Revenue Cycle is vital in optimizing our revenue operations, ensuring that our Outpatient Physical Therapy clinics achieve their financial goals.
This role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations. The Director of Revenue Cycle will drive the successful integration of new clinics, lead our Central Billing Office, ensure the success of RCM KPI’s, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Masters Preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Revenue Cycle Management in a Healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations in the healthcare industry and experience successfully integrating M&A Partners.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
Pay : Depending on Experience
