Relevant du / de la directeur·trice clinique, l’agent·e en chef l’assiste en intervenant dans la gestion de la réception au quotidien ainsi qu’en prenant soin que tous les standards en matière de service à la clientèle soient appliqués par l’équipe d’agent·es, qu’il / elle supervise.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :
- S’assurer de la qualité du service offert par les agent·es de la clinique
- S’assurer de l’expérience client selon les standards mis en place (envoi de cartes de références, courriels de fête, etc.)
- Gérer les horaires CNESST / SAAQ de la clientèle
- Suivi administratif des dossiers CNESST / SAAQ (autorisations, avis motivé, balises, envoi de rapports, etc.)
- Gérer les horaires des thérapeutes en fonction des standards
- Gérer l’horaire des agent·es
- Faxer toutes les demandes d’autorisation et de rapports, documents aux médecins, etc.
- Assurer les fonctions de secrétariat
- Répondre au téléphone, informer la clientèle sur les services offerts, prendre et confirmer les rendez-vous
- Accueillir la clientèle, prendre les paiements, fixer les rendez-vous en fonction du plan de traitement émis par le / la professionnel·le de la santé
- Balancer les transactions hebdomadaires
- Suivi des comptes à recevoir et frais d’absence des client·es
- Appuyer le / la directeur·trice clinique dans différents dossiers

COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES
- Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques
- Expérience dans la supervision d’équipe
- Sens accru du service à la clientèle
- Formation ou expérience en service à la clientèle, un atout
- Diplôme en secrétariat, un atout
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Excellent français tant à l’oral qu’a l’écrit, maitrise de l’anglais, un atout
- Bonne capacité d’apprentissage
- Aime travailler en équipe
- Expérience dans le domaine de la santé, un atout
