Job Title : Production Coordinator

Duties / Responsibilities :

1. Managing Print Files :

• Maintain the organization of print files, including working drive current files and archive drive previous files.
• Maintain custom files and related information for each customer.
• Archive original update files for record-keeping and reference.
• Provide requested files to other departments and teams. 2. Manage e-Compliance Files :
• Assist in managing the Continuous Performance Plan (CPP) by creating digital samples and compliance code images.
• Upload files to the CPP Site FTP.
• Provide links to the customer care team for customer communication. 3. Manage Records :
• Maintain the LLC Updates Sheet shared with the company.
• Keep track of massive print inventory, including delivery dates and new product additions.
• Manage custom records, including customization and fill-in information. 4. Maintain QR Compliance Codes :
• Create new QR codes as states update their requirements and ensure they are applied to all associated files. 5. Manage Workflow for Poster Updates :
• Manage the process for poster production
• Communicate status with internal stakeholders
• Ensure change requests are managed

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
