Qualifications :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Previous experience with CNC Machine Maintenance is required.
- Previous experience rebuilding machines is required.
- Completion of an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with machine tools, including VTLs, CNC mills / lathes, Makino, and Fanuc controls.
- High school diploma or GED, with intermediate computer skills.
Responsibilities :
- Install CNC machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
- Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery during installation, setup, and repair.
- Perform advanced machine tool repair processes, including troubleshooting and repairing major issues.
- Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool subassemblies.
- Clean, lubricate, and conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
- Schedule and recommend improvements for preventive maintenance.
- Train other employees and maintain organized work areas.
- Travel to customer sites for installation and service calls, up to 30%.
