We have an immediate need for a Title Specialist to join our rapidly growing team located in Beverly, MA. You will s upport the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets.
This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm
Additional Position Responsibilities :
- Sends completed document packages to Wolters Kluwer and / or other parties as required to secure the lien on titles related to the finance programs
- Submits the lien estimates to Wolters Kluwer for all refinance loans that have been approved and confirmed by the customer to proceed
- Compiles a complete and accurate package and other state specific documents as applicable required for perfecting the liens on the titles related to the program
- Follows up with customers as needed
- Remains current with training requirements.
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on business needs.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
