The Product Manager for Reseda Group is responsible for the efficient, effective operation of the Reseda Group portfolio in accordance with established policies and procedures.
They will work with the working team to ensure all product activities are well defined and focused to achieve product and business goals.
They will be responsible for championing a digital first approach to building an indispensable user experience. In this role, they will be responsible for leading mobile strategy, building / executing a roadmap, and ensuring our mobile offering executes effectively on defined values.
The Product Manager for Reseda Group will collaborate with other Technology and Marketing team members to deliver the Reseda Group product lines across iOS and Android along with other delivery channels including the web and social media, extending the core offerings in a way which is integral to our users’ lives.
They will work closely with the leadership organization to invent new experiences. As the Product Manager invents, they will work with front and back end developers to make sure we are building a cohesive user experience.
They will also collaborate with the marketing team to identify new ways to introduce and attract consumers to Reseda Group through a digital-first experience.
They will be responsible for setting and tracking the right goals to ensure success in the growth of our customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits -
- Starting Pay : $110,000-125,000+ depending on experience

Work Arrangement - This position is able to work fully remote arrangement. Must be available during Eastern Time Zone working hours (8 : 30am-5 : 00pm).
Occasional travel to conferences or to Michigan for meetings needed throughout the year (approximately 3-4 conferences and 3-4 meetings annually).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Product Lead.
- Work with the research and innovation teams to consume and commission research as needed to surface insights.
- Collaborate with contemporary Leaders to proactively listen and respond to user, client, and partner issues.
- Create value by delivering a compelling experience for Reseda Group clients, partners and users.
- Lead product vision and road mapping, goal setting, story writing, prioritizing, project execution, A / B testing, and product roll out strategy.
- Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success / failure.
- Strive to deliver a 5 star app rating for all Reseda Group products.
- Collaborate with other team members to build and expand a shared product vision across the company, building consensus on priorities that lead to product execution.
- Establish clear goals and trackable metrics, pushing progress to ensure execution is on track.
- Driving presentable Product Roadmaps and summary on progress for consistently sharing at key quarterly review.
- Drive best practice of product management across the product team to ensure all PMs are growing in their craft relevant to the needs of their role and learning from each other.
- Ensure efficient execution of functions across the entire product management department.
- Engage in the interviewing, recruitment, hiring, and mentoring of key product management individuals.
- Create forums and rituals that create an exciting and dynamic work environment that pulls in and retains talent while doing their best work.
- Partner with leadership, product teams, and marketing to ensure we are appropriately investing across the range of product initiatives in our product portfolio including : Provide recommendations on expected progress for a given product.
Provide recommendations on increasing, reducing, or keeping steady the level of investment based on expected ROI.Evaluate new opportunities based on market trends, product industry, and competition strategies.
Help augment teams and partner with product management for individual products or initiatives such as extracting ideas from individuals and structure into a distilled new opportunity.
Build out a growth initiative on a new program : Define the metrics and identify the structure needed for a new feature and iteration.
Understand Reseda’s strategic and competitive position and deliver a product line that is recognized as best in the industry.
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making.Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
Lead a team through rigorous process of test and learn with focus on creating a secure, meaningful, relevant, rewarding experience.
Drive engineering team by building a healthy prioritized backlog of well groomed epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle.Test and iterate in small scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product market fit.
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and address accessibility standards.
Advocate / defend ideas and positions based on facts, expertise, and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Values driven, mission oriented, team player.
- 5+ years as an experienced as a senior product management leader in a complex business setting as a thought leader and technology visionary.
- Bachelor of Science in engineering or business related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Candidates with developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies including market research, value proposition, product positioning, marketing plans, pricing, distribution, customer insights, data analysis, product validation, market testing, etc.
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Banking-as-a-Service), payments, deposits, and lending products preferred.
- Diverse experience resolving internal and external problems and challenges in product management.
- Ability to think strategically and will possess a good eye for opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills in building a great product culture by inspiring their teams.
- Global mindset, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.
- Passion for working with development teams.
- Experience running A / B tests in a consumer product.
- Experience developing and managing native OS / Android mobile app roadmaps.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful mobile product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many priorities under tight timeframes.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Position will be a remote position, however, must be able to attend onsite meetings as needed.
- Ability to utilize office equipment including work a computer, interact with others and moving about the department
- Normal office environment where there is minimal discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise and other factors
