We are seeking a Janitor / maintenance person to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and working environment.
Responsibilities :
- Keep building in clean, orderly, and working condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks required within a warehouse environment- i.e. : change water filters, make small repairs to walls, doors, etc.
- Utilize warehouse equipment to perform job duties- i.e. : using skyjack to dust and clean high elevation areas.
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Walk outside property for trash along the building
- Have knowledge of touch-up painting / spackling where needed
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Get along with dogs (A Must)
- Experience handling a leaf blower to clear entry ways to building
- Must get along well with others
- Must speak English
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to travel to corporate office twice a month (Ahwatukee) We compensate travel and gas
- Able to work during operational hours
