How you will make an impact as a Scheduling Operations Coordinator :
- Build and maintain our provider template schedules in the Electronic Health Records system
- Regularly monitor and optimize provider schedules for efficient clinic flow, accuracy in scheduled appointments, maximum productivity, and appointment availability
- Facilitate regular meetings with clinic leaders on scheduling issues, solutions, and communication
- Update a variety of metrics related to schedule availability
- Troubleshoot and communicate scheduling issues that arise
- Coordinate time off schedule changes for surgeons
What we're looking for in a Scheduling Operations Coordinator :
- Experience in an operations or scheduling role
- Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Display strong data entry and technology skills in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Adaptable to a high volume of change and able to pivot quickly with changes
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently
