We’re looking for amazing candidates to fill full time Field Supervisor to provide professional green cleaning residential services for the SE Houston area.
Our ideal candidate is a bilingual, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be willing to leader maids in the field and handle customer issues!!!!!

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation and safety training
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with all team members.
- Maintain The Maids standard of quality through quality assurance inspections and training
- Manage the customer relationship including the resolution of customer grievances and conflicts, as needed
- Conduct in-home quotes for service, as needed
- Prepare monthly supply and equipment inventory reports
- Manage the inspection and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment
- Responsible for the daily preparation of Team Leader notebooks
- Assist Operations Manager in determining staffing requirements and recruiting efforts
Desired Experience and Education
- Valid driver's license required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Supervisory experience required
