Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience required.
Licensure / Certification :
- PHR or SPHR preferred
- Current Tennessee Driver’s License
Experience :
- 3-5 years of Human Resources / Recruitment experience required.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
- Prior ATS experience is required with experience in managing recruitment process flow. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload and provide support to existing personnel.
Excellent phone, writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with vendors, recruitment team members, Executives, C-suite and internal UHS departments.
High energy with experience in recruiting / staffing. Strong writing skills, analytical skills, critical thinking and ability to take initiative.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload and provide support to existing personnel.
Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher). Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment and contribute creatively and collaboratively.
Ability to meet the demands of the diverse and changing needs of the organization.
