CLOSER LOOK AT THIS AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER APPRENTICE POSITION

You earn a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 / year , depending on experience.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vacation time, and a 401(k) with a 4% company match.

Your regular schedule is from Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM . The occasional Saturday may be required.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER APPRENTICE

As an Automotive Service Writer Apprentice, your role is vital in the seamless operations of our dealership. Your primary focus is providing our customers with exceptional service.

With a cheerful demeanor, you promptly answer incoming calls, develop relationships with clients, and skillfully address any inquiries while efficiently scheduling appointments.

You translate client needs into detailed work orders, ensuring our service bays remain productive and efficient. Once repairs are completed, you demonstrate finesse in handling the billing process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic understanding of auto mechanics and the ability to identify appropriate repairs for vehicle problems
• Basic math skills
