Job Summary : The Associate Director Admissions Operations creates seamless processes that are easily navigable for internal and external stakeholders, while also maintaining data integrity for making strategic enrollment and scholarship decisions.
Oversees a team of operational staff and provides vision for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Develops and interprets policy related to processing applications for decision making, in partnership with senior leadership.

Oversees a team of operational staff and provides vision for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Develops and interprets policy, as related to processing applications for decision making.
Some travel is required for professional development.
Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of recruitment, university admissions, public relations, marketing, sales, or communications experience;
OR master's degree and four (4) years of recruitment, university admissions, public relations, marketing, sales, or communications experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications : Demonstrated experience leading a team. Experience with customer-facing technology in the education field.
Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies.

Skills and Knowledge : Highly organized and detail oriented, with an aptitude for data driven decisions and project management.
Excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications : Master’s degree. Experience in admissions operations. Demonstrated experience implementing new technology or leveraging existing technology to streamline processes.
Experience with the Common Application, Banner, and Technolutions Slate CRM Software.
