Weare seeking a thoughtful and thought provoking Marketing ContentManager to get the word out on how we are accomplishing our missionfor our 10000 customers and 4M active users.

The Marketing ContentManager is accountable for story telling by producing copy andvideo materials that share what we are working on and what mattersfor our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong writtenand verbal communication skills a basic understanding of socialmedia content building and pairing different media with customerconsumption.

Ongoingvideo content creation / creation support across the board (productvideos sales videos social media snippet videos training / partneronboarding videosetc.)

Photoshoot and other photo content initiativemanagement

CopyWriting andCreation

WhitePapers ongoing creation across units in collaboration with unitleaders / teammembers

CaseStudies ongoing creation across units in collaboration with unitleaders / teammembers

SocialMedia

SocialMedia posts graphics photos videosimages

Drivecustomer and follower engagement across allplatforms

CrossfunctionalCollaboration

Collaboratewith department heads and team leaders to understand their specificneeds andrequirements.

Collaboratewith sales and product teams to understand what initiatives areupcoming and best position this for customerneeds

Requirements

Qualifications

Provenexperience in campaign building for B2B and / or B2Cbusinesses

Experiencein content building and marketing operations platforms such asCanva Hubspot Powerpoint Mailchimp Trello andmore

Strongunderstanding of IT systems and software applications Luxer One isan Apple OS / Google Workspace environment. Proficiency in iOS is amusthave.

Excellentorganizational skills and attention todetail.

Effectivewritten and verbal communication and interpersonalabilities.

Abilityto multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.

Knowledgeof relevant laws and regulations governing workplace operations isaplus.

Ownershipof the role andresponsibilities.

Thisis a full time position based in Charlotte NC or Sacramento CA butwill work a hybridschedule

TheMarketing Content Manager will report to the Marketing Director orVP of Sales & Marketing based in Charlotte NC or designatedrepresentative
