Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Provide therapy for children, individuals, families, and / or couples.
• Prior experience in remote telehealth is essential.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of DSM V mental health disorders using our HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to standards of care and licensing requirements.

Compensation :

• Hourly Rates : $80.00 up to $100.00 - Determined during the interview process.
• Between $500.00 up to $1,000.00 therapist referral bonus (conditions apply).

Education and Experience :

• Licensed in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Registered Psychologist.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Experience with various client populations, including children, teens, adults, and the elderly.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms (if remote becomes available).
• Enrollment in CAQH required.
