Administrative assistant to the Center Director at The Learning Experience Loveland West will support the office to ensure efficient operation of the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet families and children in a professional and positive manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain children and staff filings
- Schedule tours and appointments and maintain calendars
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with document preparation and proofreading
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Assist with giving teacher breaks
- Assist Management with other duties as warranted
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
EDUCATION :
- Associate Degree or higher preferred
- High School diploma
