Job Title : Environmental Remediation Project Manager
Job Description
Primarily responsible for implementing environmental remediation projects. This position requires strong work planning, sequencing, and staff management skills to execute field construction projects within scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet contract requirements.
Hard Skills
- Strong command of means and methods for construction activities
- Ability to understand and recognize contract requirements
- Ability to identify potential changed conditions or out of scope items
- Preparation of cost estimates with appropriate back-up
- Procuring materials and negotiating with vendors / subcontractors
- Completion of accident investigation documentation and applicable after actions
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
Soft Skills
- Strong work planning and sequencing skills
- Staff management skills
- Ability to work with little to no direct supervision
- Ability to anticipate and proactively minimize schedule conflicts
- Ability to recognize and initiate efficiency improvements
- Ability to work directly with management to establish goals
- Supervision and career development of direct reports

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Martinez, California.
Work Environment
Onsite at multiple locations. Will need ability to travel up to 50% of the time to project sites across multiple states for project execution.
