The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be developing and implementing quality assurance throughout the entirety of Precision's work flow operations.
This position is part of the Compliance department in Boca Raton, FL and will be located On-site.
You will be part of the Compliance team and report directly to the VP Compliance. This role involves overseeing maintenance of high standards of quality and compliance within all operational processes to ensure safety and effectiveness in the delivery of compounded medications.

In this role, you will have to opportunity to :
- Quality Assurance Development : Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and processes throughout workflow operations.
- Compliance Oversight : Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Training and Evaluation : Train staff on quality assurance practices and evaluate their performance to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Auditing and Monitoring : Conduct pre-shipping audits and regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure product quality.
- Issue Management : Investigate quality-related incidents, such as medication errors and customer complaints, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Documentation Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including incident reports, corrective actions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process Improvement Leadership : Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with management and staff to establish clear quality expectations and facilitate effective communication across all shifts.

Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree : A degree in Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, or a related field is typically required.
Experience :
Relevant Experience : Previous experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Skills and Competencies :
