AP Supervisor

Vaco is hiring an AP Supervisor for a client in Waukesha, WI on a permanent basis.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and support AP specialists while fostering a positive team environment.

Manage escalations, resolve complex AP issues, and oversee payment processing (check runs, ACH, wires).

Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and deliver superior support.

What We’re Looking For

3+ of AP Supervisory experience

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems.

Background in manufacturing.
