Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing performance metrics and A / R Management
Train, develop, and motivate staff to enhance skills and performance
Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma and / or equivalent education
4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
