What You Will Do

Parcel Pending by Quadient is looking for a proven individual who has a proven ability to employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Quadient's market share.

You will be responsible for assigned accounts with the goal of accelerating growth across those accounts. Leading the efforts of creating account strategies, refining sales plays, expanding executive relationships, incorporating the customer journey, and selling high value solutions are essential success factors of this role.

  • Leverage your sales knowledge to prospect, research, identify and qualify sales opportunities and develop and implement the account strategy for an assigned territory.
  • Under leadership guidance, execute full sales cycles, including lead-generation; discovery and goal-setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning;

RFP management; contract negotiating; and closing.

  • Utilize internal CRM diligently; reliably entering new prospects, recording all client activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts guidelines.
  • Review individual accounts and pipeline reports weekly, performance reports monthly.
  • Meet with management to discuss sales strategy, opportunities, and challenges within the assigned territory.
  • Evaluate the account potential and account penetration to develop a short-term, mid-term and long-term strategy.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with all key decision makers to develop a deep understanding of the business needs, buying cycle, budget, interest, and timeline.
  • Participate in marketing events to promote Quadient’s products / services.
  • Deliver sales performance, KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. to meet or exceed on those objectives.
  • Develop understanding of the Multifamily market and customer requirements through review and analysis of industry data and research to identify pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive advantages and use this knowledge to grow Quadient’s portfolio market share.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly individual sales quotas.
  • Willingness to travel within a specific region 50%-70% of the time.
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in outside sales role with a proven history of exceeding assigned quota.
  • Solid knowledge base in sales and the ability to apply sales principles (e.g., lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, account management and closure).
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry or related commercial real estate field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sale through the entire sales cycle.
  • Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning;

proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.

  • Ability to accurately forecast and effectively execute sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques.
  • Motivated self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue with a proven track record of success.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers / prospects.
  • Proactively identify and address issues that inhibit growth in assigned territory.
  • Maintain thriving, meaningful business relationships with our existing client base and foster relationships with prospects.
  • You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals with tenacity, great attitude, accountability, high energy, integrity, and discipline.
  • Proven sales success in B2B. Experience in the multifamily housing industry or related commercial real estate field is a plus.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience in solution and value-based selling.

Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
