Modern Heating & Air Conditioning in Milford, CT is actively seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to install heating and cooling systems while maintaining communication with our clients, team, and the office.

Our Lead HVAC Installers typically work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with limited on-call weekend work. This HVAC installation technician position comes with a competitive wage of $35 - $45 / hour plus bonuses and commissions .

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
- S2 or D2 license preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
- Ability to pass a drug test upon hire
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must complete the Wedge Video Interview to be considered
