Leitender Arzt Gynäkologie / Urogynäkologie (w / m / d) Unsere Kundin ist ein Regionalspital im Grossraum Zürich mit rund 170 Betten.
Der Fachbereich Gynäkologie / Urogynäkologie umfasst neben dem operativen Bereich der Gynäkologie ein Ambulatorium mit einem grossen Angebot an allgemeinen und besonderen Sprechstunden.
Bei dieser besonderen Vakanz erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche, herausfordernde Funktion mit hohem fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklungspotenzial.Ihre Hauptaufgaben :
- Verantwortung für die personelle und fachliche Führung des Fachbereichs
- Aufbau eines Beckenbodenzentrums in enger Kooperation mit internen Partnern anderer Fachbereiche
- Etablierung und Leitung einer spezialärztlichen Urogyn-Sprechstunde
- Verantwortung für die Aus- und Weiterbildung junger Kollegen als AusbildungsassistenzIhr Profil :
- Facharzttitel Gynäkologie / Geburtshilfe und operative Gynäkologie / Geburtshilfe
- Schwerpunkttitel Urogynäkologie sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige klinische Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
- Freude am Teaching jüngerer Kollegen sowie ausgeprägte soziale und kommunikative FähigkeitenIhre Vorteile :
