Collections Rep
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Collections Rep to fill an opening with an healthcare facility in Miami, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Collections Rep :
- Will be handling insurance collections following up with claims finding out why not paid or denied
- Outbound calls following up insurance companies on denied claims for reimbursement / little patient interaction
- Primarily work through payor portals and sites for follow up but if needed phone calls may be needed
- Monday to Friday from 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, onsite
Required Qualifications for Collections Rep :
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- 2 years of experience with collections, billing / coding
- ICD 9 and CPT knowledge
