Requirements
We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our Affordable (Tax-credit and Project Based Section 8) housing property, Aspen River Park (261 units) in Newark, NJ and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role :
Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Maintenance Supervisor of 150+ units at an affordable property
Experience with plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
Proficient in Make Ready Board monitoring and scheduling
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, and track, prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Team-building skills
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced team oriented environment
REAC preparation knowledge
Yardi experience
Employees must supply their own hand tools and must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required
