OUTSTANDING COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

  • $75-85K base + commission
  • Company paid medical for EE only on base plan; buy up available at EE cost; dental and vision at EE cost

Role with the Company :

The Outside Sales Rep (in Refrigeration Service) role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on Refrigeration solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Refrigeration service market
  • Identify and pursue new multi-year maintenance agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate Refrigeration solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized Refrigeration solutions that meet client requirements
  • Negotiate pricing and agreements with clients to ensure profitable sales transactions
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, developments, and competitor activities
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

Background profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or 3 years of HVAC or Refrigeration sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in HVAC or Refrigeration
  • Strong knowledge of Refrigeration systems and equipment or willingness / ability to learn
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients
  • Ability to effectively present and explain technical information to clients
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
