Your ability to actively listen will get you to the root of any customer's needs so you can solve their inquiry quickly. A lot of our work is done on the computer so being computer savvy is a must.

Responsibilities
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions.
- Educate prospects and established clients on coverage, requirements, products, and options.
- Establish new lines of insurance.
- Review customer accounts and determine appropriate follow-up action.
- Cross-sell / up-sell products to existing customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of the inquires, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Perform risk analysis and field underwriting
- Implement / adhere to company and Agency guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Adept in verbal, written, spelling and all other communication skills.
- Ability to adapt accordingly to customers needs and office pace.
- Ability to concisely relay insurance and product information to customers.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass the P&C and Life / Health License exam.
