Your mission is to create the most positive and pleasant experience for our customers so they never have a reason to leave.

Your first challenge would be to learn our products and services while working in a fast-past office. You will be expected to use excellent written and verbal communication skills (ideally in English and Spanish) to navigate and advise customers on their insurance.

Your ability to actively listen will get you to the root of any customer's needs so you can solve their inquiry quickly. A lot of our work is done on the computer so being computer savvy is a must.

There are a lot of bonuses and commissions tied into your pay so you can determine your own salary base on your work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions.
  • Educate prospects and established clients on coverage, requirements, products, and options.
  • Establish new lines of insurance.
  • Review customer accounts and determine appropriate follow-up action.
  • Cross-sell / up-sell products to existing customers.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of the inquires, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Perform risk analysis and field underwriting
  • Implement / adhere to company and Agency guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Adept in verbal, written, spelling and all other communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt accordingly to customers needs and office pace.
  • Ability to concisely relay insurance and product information to customers.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass the P&C and Life / Health License exam.
