Client Adviser - Genesis of Ridgefield
Location : Norwalk, CT (Temporary Facility)

Job Description : As a Commission Client Adviser at Genesis of Ridgefield, you will play a crucial role in our sales team.
Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in purchasing a new or pre-owned Genesis vehicle. You will be the face of our dealership, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and informative and leads to a successful sale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Genesis vehicles.
- Conducted test drives and followed up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain an organized and presentable sales area.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications :
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
