Branch Manager

Johnstone Supply is seeking a dynamic results-driven Branch Manager to join our team. The individual will provide leadership and support across multiple branch locations.

This is a in training role and once a role opens in the respective market this individual will be placed with a branch. RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of the Branch Manager- In Training include, but are not limited to : Team Management Establish, communicate, and models performance expectations for all team members Ensures team members have the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs Ensures performance expectations are met by monitoring reports, gathering feedback from customers, and observing performance Maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records, store operational records, documentation, and employee performance files Customer Sales and Service Ensures customers receive prompt, professional service both in person and over the phone while working directly with customers Manages counter sales transactions and ensures that team members increase sales through add on and suggestive selling techniques Works to support outside and inside sales activity, develops / implements sales programs and promotions Ensures customer complaints and disputes are resolved in a timely, professional manner Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to generate additional business Business Management and Financial Success Establish sales and profitability goals for the store Oversee customer returns, warranty processes, and balancing customer requests with company guidelines Control store operational costs, including labor, supplies, utilities, etc.
