Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Engineer. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI and machine learning innovation, working on projects that have a real impact on our clients' businesses.

You will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into production environments.

Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our capabilities in HR, Payroll, and other domains, positioning us as a leader in AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to tackle diverse challenges and enhance AI functionalities for our clients.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune AI models using the latest techniques and libraries, assessing their performance through appropriate metrics.
• Deploy AI models into production environments, collaborating with DevOps and IT teams for seamless integration, and continuously monitor their performance in real-time.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology, applying innovative solutions to solve complex problems in HR and Payroll.
• Lead the creation of data analytics capabilities, identifying key performance drivers and developing action plans to enhance performance and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to drive AI initiatives and projects to successful completion.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and processes for future reference and compliance.
• Oversee AI model delivery to on-prem infrastructure and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP-Vertex AI, Azure ML), ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Build and deploy automation capabilities for ML and LLM model deployment across enterprise on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Standardize data pipeline deployment processes to facilitate model consumption by multiple Lines of Business (LOBs).
• Drive end-to-end AI use case delivery by collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, and LOB technology teams using standardized platform processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, ideally within the financial or fintech sector.
• 5 years of experience in developing software solutions, with a strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• At least 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.

g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• 3 years of experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with LLM tuning and tools like LangChain is highly advantageous.
