The Studio Content Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from pre-production through post-production on content created in the studio.
This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and project management to ensure that each project is produced to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for storytelling.

JOB FUNCTION :
- Collaborate with hosts, guests, and other team members to plan episode content and structure.
- Develop show outlines and scripts as needed.
- Help prepare and organize all materials required for recording.
- Production :
- Help direct and manage projects, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Provide support and help troubleshoot during productions, if needed.
- Ensure all recordings are captured accurately and adhere to the show's standards.
- Help with editing and posting of projects to different platforms.
- Add music, graphics, and other elements as required.
- Conduct quality checks on final edits and ensure episodes meet the company’s quality standards.
- Project Management :
- Coordinate with the Studio 41 production manager team to ensure deadlines are met and projects are on track.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the production process.
- Creative Contribution :
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance show content and format.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to continually improve podcast quality.
- Help with other projects and sponsored content as video team requests and needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function as well as the following :
- Strong understanding of the production process from pre-production through post-production, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere) and experience with recording equipment and studio technology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a keen ear for high-quality audio production.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during productions.
- Familiarity with content management systems and an understanding of best practices for content distribution across multiple platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Television or Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a show and features producer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere).
- Experience with recording equipment and studio technology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen ear for high-quality audio production.
