Job Title : DH - Maintenance Technician III

Client : Aerospace Manufacturing Company

Duration : Full Time Position

Location : Carson City, NV 89706

Shift : 1ST SHIFT 6 : 30AM 3PM

Pay Range : USD 27.00 / hr - USD 35.00 / hr

Qualifications :

• Maintains and repairs machinery, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
• Performs maintenance and repairs to facility structures.

Education and / or Experience :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills :

• Ability to read, interpret documents, and write routine reports.
• Effective verbal communication skills, bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.

Mathematical Skills :

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability :

Applies common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems.

Physical Demands :

• Requires handling, reaching, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
• Must lift up to 90 pounds and have specific vision abilities.

Work Environment :

• Regularly exposed to heat, moving parts, and airborne particles.
• Occasional exposure to wet / humid conditions, heights, and electrical shock.
• Loud noise levels in the work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Reads blueprints, conducts tests, and troubleshoots mechanical systems.
• Dismantles, inspects, adjusts, repairs, and installs mechanical and structural parts.
• Uses machine tools, performs lathe, drill press, and grinder operations.
• Initiates purchase orders, maintains repair records, and ensures shop cleanliness.
• Adheres to safety procedures and performs millwright duties.
