Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a Premier Metal Stamping and Manufacturing company in its search for a Stamping Technician in the city of Brea, CA.
This is a Direct Hire position and offers 1st shift 7 am to 3 : 30 pm. Salary 75k to 85k, awesome benefits and room for growth
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Authorities :
- Design tools using Solidworks
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers
- Design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques in mind
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products
- Work under the direction of an engineer
- Design according to company and industry practices
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, management, and the Tool Room
- Any other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills, abilities, other :
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Technical school or 2-year college degree in drafting
- AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS with Logopress or similar 2D and 3D CAD Software
