Assistant Managing Paralegal (AMP) Responsibilities
- Manage legal secretaries, without leadership or authority capacity.
- Execute the vision of their Managing Paralegals (MPs).
- Manage attorney calendars or coverage; transfer cases.
- Attend pod meetings.
- Manage receptionist chats & LS chats.
- Provide coverage for their MPs without making decisions without their MPs.
- Oversee biweekly trainings and work with senior paralegals on new topics for trainings.
- Run reports from Clio as instructed.
Minimum Requirements : The ideal candidate must have 5 plus years of experience as a Paralegal and 2 years in a leadership role.
