Regional Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple properties within the region, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• Assists with training and mentoring Regional Maintenance Supervisors and on-site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term health and functionality of all building systems and equipment.
• Provide expertise and support for complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

General Requirements :

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles including standard practices and methods of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, swimming pools, hot tubs, plowing and HVAC
• Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as but not limited to electric drills & saws, volt and gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders etc.
• EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• Builds trust and communicates effectively within property, across company departments and in the community.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA / Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license with good driving record, and auto insurance.

Schedule :

Full-time hours, including weekends as needed.
