Summary :
TheSupply Planner plays an essential role in the North America teamand is the key interface between Keter s global operations Financeand Merchandising teams.
The position is responsible forforecasting future demand analyzing customer POS data for insightsleveraging statistical models to drive forecast accuracy andleading demand reviews to share forecasting performance andbusiness insights within the organization through the S&OPprocess.
The role will work closely with Sales Operations (SupplyChain) Finance and our external retail partners.
EssentialFunctions &Responsibilities :
- Review historical sales trends research demand drivers adjustforecasts on an exception basis develop / utilize statisticalforecasting models in APO and evaluate forecastresults.
- Conduct weekly consensus reviews withthe sales marketing and / or Finance teams as needed highlightingrisks and opportunities to the business.
This includes analysis andreview of POS demand shipment history and other key measures toinform the business of emerging trends risks andopportunities.
- Utilize forecasting software andexception reporting to reduce forecast error and achieve categoryforecast accuracy targets.
- Contribute to theS&OP demand review process by providing key drivers andassumptions for demand inputs needed to drive a consensusforecast
- Develop analytical models to improveforecasts utilizing measures such as price elasticity promotionperformance external information and POS data.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and customersto align on planned orders shipments and changes to forecastassumptions.
- Provide input to the Supply Chainorganization to optimize inventory strategies on existing items newproducts product phaseouts and significant changes toforecasts.

- Strongunderstanding of forecast management principles includingstatistical modeling
- Strong analytical andcritical thinking skills.
- Experience using dataand analytics to drive organizationalchange.
- Selfstarter
- Advanceduser in Excel. Power BI experience aplus
- Experience forecasting using forecastingsoftware. APO experience a plus.
- Able to workeffectively with crossfunction teams throughout theorganization.
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Demonstrated ability touse data and analytics to drive organizationalchange.
- Capable to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment
Education andTraining :
- Education : Bachelor of Science in Business supply chain management operationsor other related degree.
- Experience : Minimum of37 years of demand planning experience.
