Salary Range : $158,080 - $221,312
Position Summary :
The Director of Medical Billing leads and directs strategic conception, implementation and maintenance of reimbursement strategies and systems designed to facilitate and maximize fee for service reimbursement.

Bachelor's degree preferably in the area of Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related quantitative discipline is required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of five years of medical billing management experience in such areas as medical office / hospital administration and / or healthcare receivables management, or related experience is required.
The position requires the knowledge that would normally be acquired through a minimum of five years experience as a manager which requires demonstrated knowledge of physician coding, billing, reimbursement and statistical reporting.
A combination of related education and experience may be considered.
