Job Description : Superintendent
Position Overview :
My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of their construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multifamily, senior living, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications :
