THE ROLE
- Greet customers, be the face of the company
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Clerical tasks as assigned
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist upper management whenever necessary
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word
- Takes pride in being on time with great work attendance
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent computer skills
- A positive, outgoing personality is a must
- Non-smokers only
