The Senior Marketing Manager, Advisor Services Offer Marketing will be responsible for creating engaging and effective marketing communications that demonstrate the breadth of our platform and solutions to help advisors build and grow their businesses.

Areas of focus will include but are not limited to technology, trading, and investment solutions.

Your primary responsibilities could include, but are not limited to :

  • Work with product owners and other subject matter experts to dive deep to understand the features and benefits of our solutions, as well as the needs and experience of our advisor-clients.
  • Collaborate with business partners, sales and channel owners to develop successful marketing strategies and programs to support and drive business goals (awareness, engagement and adoption where defined).
  • Serve as a marketing consultant / expert to business partners (product or channel owners etc.), helping them to keep the client perspective and needs front and center.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that best fit the specific target and goal including online promotions, email, sales collateral, videos, demos and website content development.
  • Project manage the creative development process from beginning to end (e.g., author assignment briefs and or directly draft content, manage the creative agency, work with internal business partners and legal / compliance, and manage production and schedule).
  • Oversee communications look and feel keeping in mind the overall client experience in terms of voice, content, style, quality, brand and frequency of messaging / contacts to clients.
  • Monitor and track programs against business goals to gauge the success of efforts, and identify ways to improve the content and results.
  • Manage agencies, budgeting and billing for individual projects.
  • This is a hybrid position

Required Qualifications :

  • 8+ years product / program marketing experience in financial services; understanding of RIA industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to understand complex products and programs and translate the details into clear and compelling messaging and content.
  • Strong client focus and ability to think in terms of the client experience / perspective.
  • Knowledge of the business, market environment and ability to drive outcomes that meet client experience and business goals
  • Proven track record of leading multiple projects at the same time
  • Self-starter, with an ability to :
  • Form strong partnerships and earn the trust of colleagues
  • Be an independent thinker who keeps the client need front and center
  • Develop sound strategies and compelling narratives to influence within and outside of the team
  • Anticipate and proactively tackle problems; resolve complex issues / conflicts with business partners

Preferred Qualifications :

  • History of executing successful multi-channel promotional programs and solid knowledge of marketing practices and strategies.
  • Recognized ability to build strong personal relationships and trust across business lines, with ability to influence partners.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with short timelines; well versed at connecting strategic objectives to tactical implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including marketing / creative, copywriting, editing, proofing.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills, with experience developing decks that clearly and powerfully articulate a project's objectives, strategy, and tactical plan.
  • Self-motivated with solid judgment and ability to think clearly and form a point of view.

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
