Recruiting Solutions is currently hiring high level receptionists for a client located in West Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and entering large amounts of data into the company's database from various sources, including documents, spreadsheets, and other formats.

In addition to data entry, the specialist may perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Entering and updating data accurately into the company database from various sources
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Performing regular data backups and security protocols
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
• Utilizing advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Using Microsoft Office suite efficiently

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar position
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent typing speed of 60 words per minute or more
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
