We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with good communication to work in our Accounting Department.

Job Types : Internship (paid), Part-time. Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Work with accounting department team on all department functions.
  • Assist with set up and maintenance of payroll processing software.
  • Process work records and assist with payroll functions.
  • Accounts Payable entries, includes invoice preparation / match requisitions to invoices.
  • Maintain accounting vendor / subcontractor records.
  • Perform general office tasks including answering phones and emails / processing mail / filing / additional administrative functions.
  • Respond to vendor / subcontractor and internal accounting / payroll requests.
  • Research accounting disputes / discrepancies, communicate with vendors / internal personnel to resolve problems and respond to inquiries.
  • Process work records and assist with payroll functions.
  • Assist Accounting Manager with departmental tasks.

REQUIREMENTS :

General bookkeeping experience, entry level. Demonstrate ability to learn all aspects of agency bookkeeping procedures.
