Director of Finance

Whatwe are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance required
- 10+ years of accounting experience within the real estate industry
- CPA designation preferred
- Experience with open-end fund reporting is advantageous
- Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance for private REITs, realestate partnerships, and S-Corps
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
