I am looking for an Account Executive to come join a growing engagement software company!

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading companies across various industries and make a significant impact on their success.

With the type of technology being sold, you'd have the opportunity to sell the offerings into multiple departments of a company at once.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges to effectively position the offerings with purpose.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including negotiation and contract execution. (ACV is averaging 30K to 100K but can easily go higher)
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and continue to move current and net new business forward : sales cycles are currently around 200 days
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven success of closing out deals
  • Familiarity with CRMs and Sales Tools like : ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.
  • Consistently a top performer in the org
  • Experience selling into companies like : AECOM, Jacobs, Parsons, etc
