Ceramist

We are seeking an experienced Dental Ceramist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of dental ceramics, with an emphasis on advanced knowledge of ceramics, anatomy, and esthetics.

A Ceramist in our practice is responsible for creating and designing dental prosthetics and restorations such as crowns, bridges, and veneers.

The role requires a strong focus on performance, quality, and the ability to follow a plan to ensure consistency and accuracy of the finished products.

Also, must possess a high level of skill and experience in dental laboratory procedures, materials, and equipment, and must have excellent attention to detail to create functional and aesthetically pleasing restorations that meet the needs of patients and dental practitioners.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and esthetics to create high-quality dental prostheses.
• Interpret and follow dental treatment plans and prescriptions from the dentist to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure successful patient outcomes and meet patient expectations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring on-time delivery of final restorations.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with cases and communicate with the dental team as needed.
• Utilize organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of cases and materials used.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and protocols for a safe and healthy work environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff members as required.
