Medical Assistant - Full Time / Gastroenterology / Tampa, FL
This opening is for a full-time Medical Assistant / Endo Coordinator for our Gastroenterology office. Travel required between Tampa and Watergrass location .
Bi-lingual preferred, 1 year MA / Procedure Coordinator experience required. Candidate must be highly organized, have good communication, understand medical terminology, and work well others.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
Minimum 1 year experience required*

- Love of patients and providing excellent care
- Confidential handling of patient's accounts and records
- Entering data into Electronic Health Records
- Preparing patients for examination and / or procedures
- Adherence to company policies
- HIPAA and OSHA Compliance
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Completion of Medical Assistant program
- Medical Assistant certification is a plus
- High school graduate or GED certificate
- Minimum of 1 years MA experience
- Excellent communication skills including verbal / written, in person and on the phone
