Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide consultation to Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to ensure quality careConduct chart reviews and co-sign documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemProvide mentorship and support to staff, enhancing their psychiatric care capabilitiesRequired QualificationsM.
D. or D.O. with Fellowship in Child and Adolescent PsychiatryActive, unrestricted medical licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, along with DEA certificationMinimum of 2 years of experience in mental health practice, with supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of psychotropic medications and evidence-based treatment modalities for children and adolescentsAbility to commit approximately 1-3 hours per week to this role
