Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for an outstanding Subscription Product Analytics Manager to join our Subscription & Compliance Analytics team.
This position offers the chance to collaborate with product managers, Pricing Strategy, Legal, and Pricing Ops to ensure new products are measurable, accurate, transparent, and reproducible, driving revenue growth and improving customer and sales experiences.
In this role you will....
Collaborate with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team to bring new products to market and support operational process improvements
Proactively meet with business units to understand both enhancements to existing products and the development of new ones.
Act as the use verification approval point
Advocate for all products to meet standards of Measurability, Accuracy, Transparency, and Reproducibility (MATR)
Serve as the authority on use verification documentation for new products and product updates. Ensure Use Verification Analysts are well-informed prior to product releases
Work closely with the Pricing Strategy team and participate in stakeholder meetings, particularly on new product introductions, licensing, and usage
Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal teams and stakeholders
Train cross-functional teams on best practices related to product use verification, usage rules, and verification processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Design workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement these improvements
