Work Hours

Monday to Thursday 12pm to 10pm or 2pm to 12am

Pay Rate

$23.50 / hour plus $1 shift differential

Education Requirements

Requires a high school diploma / GED or 2 years related work experience.

Specialized equipment used in this job

Special Requirements or Call outs (ex : standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.)

Hand Tools

Operation of light and heavy equipment

Other skills and qualifications

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Preventative Maintenance Technician

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plan facilities equipment

Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Performs simple machinist duties and responsibilities

Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

Use a variety of hand and power tools

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas..

Pay Details : $23.50 to $24.50 per hour
