Compliance Specialist

Job Summary :

The Compliance Specialist at North End Teleservices, LLC (NET) is responsible for ensuring the company is complying with government and is tasked with creating and updating North End Teleservices policies and procedures.

Compliance Specialists are crucial to the integrity of our business. They will assist the organization to ensure all operating procedures comply with relevant laws, regulations and policies. In addition to being responsible for monitoring and documenting compliance activities, deliver employee training o compliance matters, handling disputes and advising all parties professional records, policies and procedures to ensure NET and their employees comply with laws and regulations established. This role is imperative for NET to solidify any potential operational and administrative areas of concern for our company to prevent loss of revenue and ensure compliance with all processes and laws.

Key Responsibilities :

• A catalyst for growth through Risk Management, Governance, and Internal Controls.
• An interface between different NET departments / programs.
• An advisor to the Compliance Supervisor, while successfully interacting with their team to discuss findings, updates, trends, and service improvement opportunities.
• Essential Job Duties :

Creating audit processes and supplemental material utilized for their team to effectively conduct audits and produce quality results.

Knowledge and understanding of the NET policy, procedures, and standards in place at NET.

Required Education and Experience :

proficiency in basic Windows operations and use of miscellaneous office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
